THE RESTRUCTURING PLAN OF DIV GROUP HAS BEEN APPROVED

The Commercial Court in Zagreb found that the creditors in each group voted by the majority prescribed by the Bankruptcy Act and accepted the plan.

The plan involves the repayment of claims in full for fifteen years, without any debt write-off. 261 creditors with the right to vote, whose claims amount to 98.33% of the total claims, voted for the acceptance of the plan, while 8 creditors with the right to vote, whose claims amount to 1.67% of the total claims, voted against it. The hearing to discuss and vote on the plan was held on May 5 and 11, 2023.
